Nash Integrative Medicine, Inc.
The mission of Nash Integrative Medicine, Inc.'s is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventive basis. We have created a practice that we believe in and choose for our own family members.
We are a full-service family practice with a dedicated, experienced physician who believes in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. We work together to serve your entire family for all of your medical needs in all stages of life. Dr. Nash believes in providing comprehensive health care services to her patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible.
Integrative medicine adds to a base of traditional Western Medicine by utilizing various additional modalities for diagnosis and treatment that have historically been staples of non-traditional treatment sometimes for millennia, but are more recently being found proven effective. These may include herbal medicine, acupuncture, chiropractic treatment, etc. Often a simple return to basic science allows us to effectively treat acute and chronic illness with treatments such as bioidentical hormone therapy and heavy metal detoxification. We believe that the human body's marvelous design lends itself to self-healing with the simple support of nutritional, hormonal, and psychological/mind/body/spirit aspects. We believe that preventive medicine is more effective than waiting until the body has been made ill by poor nutrition, toxic exposures, emotional stress, and unhealthy lifestyles. We prefer to start with natural supports before resorting to pharmacological agents when possible, although they're used when needed.
